2. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of tours, excursions, transfers, and similar services purchased electronically.
3. SERVICE DETAILS
The type, scope, date, number of participants, total price, and payment method of the purchased service are provided during the reservation process and form an integral part of this Agreement.
4. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT
The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted all provisions of this Agreement upon confirming the order electronically.
5. PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE
5.1. Payment is made via credit card and/or online payment systems.
5.2. The service is provided on the date and time specified during the reservation.
5.3. The Seller reserves the right to provide an equivalent service when necessary.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to accommodation, transportation, or leisure activities that must be provided on a specific date.
7. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND MODIFICATION
7.1. Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the service purchased.
7.2. Cancellation requests must be made before the service date.
7.3. No refund may be provided for last-minute cancellations.
7.4. No refund shall be made in case of no-show.

8. FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, governmental decisions, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
9. SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
9.1. The Seller shall provide the service in accordance with the specified conditions.
9.2. The Seller reserves the right to make necessary changes to the program.
9.3. The Seller may cancel the service due to safety or operational reasons.
10. BUYER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
10.1. The Buyer accepts that the information provided is accurate.
10.2. The Buyer must comply with tour rules and guide instructions.
10.3. The Buyer is responsible for damages caused by their own fault.
11. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Details are available in the Privacy Policy.
12. EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
The parties agree that the Seller’s electronic records shall be considered binding evidence in case of disputes.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Turkish law shall apply. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts shall have jurisdiction.
14. ENTRY INTO FORCE
This Agreement enters into force upon completion of the order.
