Cancellation & Refund Policy
Go Antalya Tours aims to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. We understand that plans may change and therefore apply the following policy.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
In case of cancellations due to health reasons, refund requests may be considered upon submission of a valid and official medical report.
Failure to attend the tour (no-show) is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by the Company
Go Antalya Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, operational or technical issues, or insufficient participant numbers. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour to an alternative date.
3. Changes
Change requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the tour date. All changes are subject to availability.
4. Refund Process
All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
5. Force Majeure
Go Antalya Tours shall not be held liable for events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government decisions, pandemics, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

Additional Note :
These cancellation and refund conditions do not apply to private tours or flight ticket bookings. Flight cancellations and changes are subject to the rules of the respective airline. Go Antalya Tours does not accept any responsibility in this regard.
